Time again for a new booster in a rather curious grid. Our objective here is to score a mere 3500 points in 20 moves. There are two minor obstacles in the way of our main grid, and this time, we don’t have to match-3 nearby to get rid of them. We can of course, but hey, there’s a cool new booster down there, buzzing to be tried.
The Minebug booster can fly anywhere around the grid, and land on an Iron Gift Blocker. A few moments later, and the iron obstacle is no more. Which is a much more elegant and focused way of destroying your targets. Just select the Minebug from the booster menu in the bottom, and then click at the desired obstacle or gift. You get 2 free Minebugs to detonate at your disposal (+1 in the tutorial) and you can stack up your inventory with these little rascals with gems. Minebugs come in batches of 3 while the Lucky Shuffler in batches of 5.
For the time being, let’s hoard these Minebugs and get rid of the remaining Iron Gift Blocker with a match-3. You can utilize the grid’s shape, with its straight narrow lines and scattered colored gifts. A gift bag or striped gift match with a color gift will produce a very high score, especially if the regular gifts are strategically placed throughout the grid. But a high score isn’t necessary here. A well-executed double special gift combo should suffice to clear the stage.
